Buying
Can I listen before I buy?
Yes. Every sound has a free 60 second preview, so you can check the voice, triggers and sound quality first.
What do I get when I buy a sound?
You get a licence to listen to the full-length sound and keep it forever. By default this is the Personal licence. Some artists also offer Creator and Commercial licences. See the licensing terms.
Who am I buying from?
You buy from data broker s.r.o., the company that operates ASMR Market. The artist is named on every item and receives a royalty from your purchase.
How can I pay?
We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and prepaid credit from your wallet. Your bank statement will show ASMRMARKET.COM.
Is VAT included?
In the EU and the UK, prices include VAT for your country. Elsewhere, applicable tax may be added at checkout.
Downloads and listening
Where are my purchases?
Everything you buy appears right away in your library, where you can stream it in the browser.
Can I download my sounds?
Yes. You can download each purchase from your library as lossless WAV and as MP3, on desktop or phone. See ASMR downloads for details.
Does the player have a sleep timer?
Yes. The player has a sleep timer that stops playback after the time you choose, and a loop option for sounds you want to play all night.
What if the artist removes a sound I bought?
It stays in your library. Your licence continues even if the sound is no longer for sale.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Because sounds are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. We do refund files that are defective, sounds that are materially not as described, accidental duplicate purchases and unauthorized charges. See the refund policy.
How do I ask for a refund?
Write to us through contact and include your order number and a short description of the problem. Accidental duplicate purchases should be reported within 14 days.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly they appear on your statement.
Your account
How do I sign in?
Sign in with your email and password, or with Google. If you forget your password, use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page, or ask for a one-time sign-in link by email.
How old do I need to be?
Listeners must be at least 15. Creators who sell must be at least 18.
How do I change my email or notifications?
Open settings to update your details and email preferences.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Use "Download my data" in settings to download your personal data as a file.
How do I delete my account?
Use "Delete account" in settings. If you run a shop, contact us first so we can settle your royalties. Any credit left on your account is forfeited when you delete it, so spend it first. We keep records of purchases only for as long as tax and accounting law requires. See the privacy policy.
Circle memberships
What is a Circle?
A Circle is a monthly membership with one artist. Members can stream that artist's catalogue, get members-only releases, hear new releases 3 days early and get 10% off sounds they want to keep forever. Perks can vary by artist.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in one click from your library. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Do I keep anything if I leave?
Sounds you bought separately are yours forever. Circle streaming ends when your paid period ends.
Can I join more than one Circle?
Yes. Each artist runs their own Circle, and each is billed separately.
For creators
How do I start selling?
Open your shop from Sell and follow the setup at Studio setup. Your first 3 items are reviewed manually before they go live.
What are the plans and fees?
Starter is free with a 20% fee and up to 20 live sounds. Pro costs $7 a month with a 10% fee. Studio costs $19 a month with a 7% fee. Sales that come through your own shop link carry a 5% fee on every plan. Compare them on plans.
How do payouts work?
Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. Each royalty is held for 14 days to cover refunds, and you are paid once your available balance reaches $20.
Who owns my recordings?
You do. Buyers receive a licence, never the copyright.

Safety and reporting
How do I report content?
Use the report form. Tell us the link, the reason and what is wrong. You can report copyright problems, sexual content, AI voices presented as human, misleading tags or sudden sounds, and harmful or illegal content.
I think someone is selling my work.
Send a copyright notice through the copyright report form. We review every notice and act without undue delay.
What happens after I report something?
Our team reviews the report. If we remove or restrict content, the creator receives a statement of reasons and can appeal.
What content is allowed?
