What is light triggers ASMR?

Light trigger ASMR uses small lights moving gently around the frame. Artists use penlights, fairy lights, glow sticks and colored filters, sometimes with soft instructions to follow the light with your eyes.

Light triggers are visual, so they come as video. Keep your screen brightness low if you watch before sleep. Related triggers: focus and follow and hand movements.
